Fashion In The Vines at Simunovich Olive Estate

Nothing beats an exquisite lunch on a crisp, sunny winter's day while sipping fine wine in a luxe-y olive grove.

That was exactly the vibe we created for Fashion in the Vines and our 176 guests at Simunovich Olive Estate in Bombay, on Saturday 18th July.

The Jules Taylor range of wine matched the menu, and the line-up of new beauty innovations, from Adashiko, Eau Thermale Avène, Bobbi Brown, Dry & Tea and stunning fashion from Milford Centre left our guests wanting more.

Check out the event details and video and photos below.

Jules Taylor wine tasting

We believe the best way to kick off an event is with a wine tasting. The Jules Taylor Gruner Veltliner, not the easiest of wines to pronounce, which is why the brand calls it Grü Ve, was favourite on the day. An aromatic white chardonnay-like wine. Think lemon aromas with white peach and a pinch of vanilla. For hardcore Sauvignon Blanc fans Grü Ve may be your new favourite winter white. Jules Taylor Rosè (our editors fave) was also on the menu. If you think this is just a summer tipple, it’s not. Watermelon pink in colour, this Rosé is brimming with gorgeous raspberry, strawberry and red cherry aromas. And finally, Jules Taylor Pinot Noir is a winter essential. The brand calls this ‘an intense little number’ think ripe mulberry and plum flavours ideal with a spicy mushroom risotto on a chilly winter’s night.
