Fashion giant H&M have just announced their debut skincare line H&M Conscious. With 30-products in the range for skin, body, and hair each has been formulated using organic ingredients. Free from GMOs, parabens, silicones, synthetic perfumes, and dyes, a major win for those with sensitive skin types - there is even a gentle aluminum-free deodorant. The packaging is also friendly on the planet, with recycled plastic and paper (which they’ve somehow made look super expensive). The range is priced under $13 - for an organic offering that's pretty impressive. Sara Wallander concept designer at H&M Beauty, explained, “We already offer conscious choices with our fashion collections, so it’s natural for us to have the same offering within our beauty collection.”
Products go in stores from this week, with the entire range available in March. The skincare release coincides with the April 7 launch of H&M’s new Conscious Exclusive Collection, a much-hyped fashion collaboration with the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris.
