When it comes to glow-giving skincare, the Vitamin C range from Skin Physics combines powerful botanical extracts and the latest technology to deliver brilliant results. That combined with a luxurious DIY facial massage each day and your skin will look radiant. Take a few extra minutes each evening and give your skin some TLC.

Step 1
Make sure you cleanse skin before you layer on serums and hydrating creams.
Step 2
Facial massage is best after a warm shower when skin is clean, and the pores are open, allowing the goodness from the creams and serums to absorb faster.
Step 3
For an extra five minutes a day you can help stimulate blood flow to the skin with a DIY massage. This helps keep the skin looking radiant. Warm the serum and cream between your fingertips and start at the area between brows. Move your fingers outward and slide up your forehead, repeating several times to cover the entire area.
Step 4
If skin firmness is your goal, use firm, stimulating movements. And if If your skin is sensitive, oily or prone to breakout try a lighter touch with less pressure using your fingertips. One of the added benefits of facial massage is lymphatic drainage. Massage helps give skin a deep cleanse and remove toxins speeding up the skin’s natural cleansing process and reinvigorates your immune system.
Step 5
When applying DIY facial massage, always use firm pressure and start at the centre of your face working outward and upward. Never drag on the skin or pull it downward, the idea is to lift and firm.

My top massage movements
Use pressing and sweeping movements starting between brows, sliding upward, repeat this three times.
Slide your fingers outward toward the cheeks and upward from the jaw, this helps the blood circulation come to the surface of the skin, which boosts radiance.
Use your ring finger around the eye area as this has the most gentle pressure.
Finish with swift upward strokes from the neck over the jawline and to the cheeks.
This ritual only takes a few minutes and the results are instant.

Skin Physics Oxygen-C

OXYEYE15.jpg

Oxygen-C Immediate Eye Lift Serum, $70.

This is an intense serum, however the texture is more like a cream-gel - so a little goes a long way. It's a blend of natural ingredients designed to form an invisible skin-firming barrier around the delicate eye area. Combined with gentle facial massage using your ring finger this serum helps tackle those visible fine lines caused by fatigue and stress - I often see at the end of a busy day.

Perfect for anyone wanting to tackle dullness and dryness. This hydrating serum is fast absorbing and contains ingredients that combat eight the visible signs of ageing: lines, wrinkles, texture, dull, uneven complexion, dark spots, redness and sagging skin - almost too good to be true - I call this serum a one-stop-shop in a bottle.
