MAC Oh, Sweetie in Strawberry Mousse, $40
The mousse-like, texture of this gloss, glides over the lips to offer a long-lasting, delicious tasting, high voltage colour. The shades are named after the most delicious sweet treats from Sugar Cookies, Banana Muffins, Death by Chocolate and Coconut Macaroon with a range of hues including matte fuchsia to shimmery chocolate brown - it's a sugar hit without the calories.
YSL Volupté Liquid Colour Balm, $62.
Enriched with coconut water and antioxidant-rich pomegranate extract, you also get a great colour pay off. This gloss-like balm leaves a refreshing, hydrating colour on the lips in seconds. There are 11 shades, pictured here No 2 Expose Me Rose hits counters July 16.
Lancôme L'absolu Lacquer, $67.
Shine and colour in an ultra-thin formula this gloss coats the lips with lacquer-like shine. One coat will leave a natural-looking stain, two coats an intense sheen. Pictured here Be Brilliant, there are eight shades.
Max Factor Colour Elixir Lip Cushion.
A hybrid lip balm that offers skin-loving antioxidants, in a range of pretty sheer colours. The clever sponge applicator tip allows you to apply this gloss on the run. There are seven, sheer shades available from Farmers they hit counters September 7.
Elizabeth Arden Beautiful Colour Liquid Lipstick, $41.
The look of a lipstick, with the finish of a semi-matte gloss. This liquid lip formulation is hydrating thanks to aloe vera and vitamins C and E and the eight pretty shades last on the lips for hours without travelling into fine lines.
