What's in it?

The new hydrating, firming addition to this cream is an aloe bio-ferment that helps infuse the skin with moisture. Once combined with hyaluronic acid (a famous moisture-magnet that can hold 1,000 times its weight in water), together these ingredients help create a "moisture reservoir" deep in the skin, ideal if you want to moisturise a dehydrated complexion. Finally, Clinique says that by adding caffeine and activated aloe water with a positive and negative ionic charge, they help the skin soak up all these ingredients and trap moisture deep in the skin.

Why do we like it?

Clinique promise this new Moisture Surge will deliver up to 100 hours of hydration, penetrating deep (up to 10 layers deep) into the skin, truly living up to its name. When it comes to the texture, it's dreamy, think lightweight, thanks to those clever ingredients we mentioned. When you apply it, it feels like you're slathering on a delicious jelly-like soufflè that instantly into the skin. Like all Clinique skincare, it's a fragrance, paraben, phthalate-free moisture boost our skin is lapping up right now.
