Theme your puppy shower
Chose an appropriate theme for your puppy party. Perhaps a colour or based around the puppies breed. Now is not the time to keep it simple - think OTT and super cute.

Plan the guest list
Unlike a baby shower, the guest of honour attends, so it’s important to get the right mix of guests attending. Things to think about when planning: How boisterous is your dog? Have all the dogs attending had their immunity shots? Is there a good balance of breeds? Is your venue fully fenced - you don't want a runaway naughty pup, and most importantly, parties can be overwhelming for puppies, do you have a time out area?
