One of the perfumers behind the successful Byredo line, French nose Jérome Epinette has successfully created a new way for every woman to wear rose gold. He has reimagined how roses influence fragrance with a unique Japanese blue rose that is fresh and a nod to the brand's signature shade. Recently quoted sharing what Rose Gold's rose smells like, "When we talk about roses, people generally associate that scent with something rich, but kind of heavy and old fashioned; something very traditional. To me, the rose accord in Rose Gold is something much fresher. It's amazing. It's more like rose water than the rose; really sparkling, really delicate, transparent, and not heavy at all," says Epinette. Read on to learn more.
What’s in it?
This perfume is new to New Zealand as of November 2021, a subtle departure from the original, it's more fruity than floral, thanks to the blend of blackcurrant with pink pepper and lychee. The heart of this fragrance is a Japanese blue rose, and the warmth comes from ambrette seed and the powdery aroma of the iris. It's still the flower at the centre of the Tiffany & Co. scent collection. The bottle mirrored rose gold is a nod to the legendary diamond cuts in the Tiffany & Co. jewellery collections and the ingredients etched into the glass.

I am a Tiffany & Co. fragrance fan. From the original launch back in 2017 to iterations since, including Sheer to Intense, & Love, each of the Tiffany & Co. fragrances is everything a girl could want in a summer fragrance, fresh and powdery with plenty of staying power. This new Tiffany & Co. Rose Gold is dubbed 'The next best thing to diamonds.' Like a jewel, it's a scent that will emulate the light reflecting a precious stone.

A star-studded lineup of creatives helped capture the magnetic energy of elegant Tiffany & Co. Rose Gold. Photographer Steven Meisel, with models Fei Fei Sun, Kristina Grikaite and Anok Yai, bought the fragrance to life, with makeup artist Pat McGrath and hairstylist Guido Palau adding their flare to the campaign film. The music is from emerging artist Nina Nesbitt with her rendition of All You Need Is Love by The Beatles.
