WHAT IS IT?

This portable, cream-to-powder compact foundation, is chemical-free, with 100 per cent mineral sunscreen made from titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, (that protect against UVA and UVB rays). With skincare benefits including vitamin E ( a brilliant antioxidant, and photostable), and calming thermal spring water, (in all Avène skin care products), ideal for anyone with sensitive skin, or allergy-prone skin. There are two natural-looking shades, honey and beige. 

WHY DO WE LIKE IT?

Having an SPF protection in the foundation I wear is a no brainer in our New Zealand climate. And, while you would call this a full-coverage foundation, depending on how you apply it, the sponge in the compact offers medium to full coverage a brush gives a sheer-finish) the finish is buildable.
