Lately, one of my favourite self-care tips is to exercise every day, and then take the time to indulge in a hot bath. Not just because time may be on your side right now, but because it's a soothing experience for both your body and your mental health.

To use

Add two handfuls of salt to a warm bath, while the water is running. For concentrated use (for detoxification, or in cases of extremely dry skin or aching joints) add half the contents of the pack, and soak for 20 minutes. Always rinse your skin after a concentrated salt bath.
