Bondi Sands has become the go-to brand for self-tanners. The Liquid Gold Self Tanning Dry Oil is the best $20 you will spend if you want an immediate natural-looking bronze glow and skin that smells like coconut. Or, for those sensitive to self-tanners, the Pure range, notably the Pure Concentrated Self Tan Drops, can be mixed with your moisturiser to give your face a faux glow to envy. This new range consists of dual-action serums designed to correct specific skin issues like breakouts, dehydration, fine lines, dullness, and hyperpigmentation. Moisturisers for both day and night, excellent face oil and a hydrating clay mask - each made to suit all skin types and ages. Here’s a taste of the collection that amassed over 50,000 registrations before it hit stores.

Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare Daydream Whipped Moisturiser, $22.

It has a fluffy mousse-like texture with the finish of a fast-absorbing lotion. Made with a blend of sunflower seed and rosehip oils, with vitamin C infused desert lime. It's ideal for any skin type, even sensitive or acne-prone; that's because it won't clog the skin's pores; it's fragrance-free. Notably, a little of this velvety moisturiser goes a long way.

Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare Wonder Potion Hero Oil, $23.

I adore face oils because they're so versatile. You can use them under day cream or as a rich moisturiser at night or pressed into makeup at the end of the day to give your skin a dewy-looking sheen. This all-in-one face oil does all that and more. Thanks to a blend of sea buckthorn, calendula extract and rosehip oils, it's lightweight, fast-absorbing and deeply nourishing.

Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare Foundation of Youth Bakuchiol Serum, $23.

It's got a catchy name and an impressive ingredient lineup. Starting with bakuchiol, the gentle, vegan alternative to vitamin A that's blended with rosella extract, rich in vitamin C and AHAs, to help renew your complexion. While the sunflower seed oil leaves the skin feeling nourished. Finally, it has a liquid-like lotion texture that plays nice under makeup.

Bondi Sands Everyday Skincare Begin Again Renewing Vitamin B3 Serum, $23.

You can layer this serum over the Wonder Oil or another serum in the range; why? It contains skin firming and balancing ingredients: niacinamide, vitamin B3, and zinc. The B3 firms the skin, while zinc helps heal and balance skin, ideal for those prone to breakouts. While acne is not my skin issue, I have had the odd maskne spot, a symptom of wearing face masks daily, so using this once a week has helped.

Take home

While I haven't tried the full range ( I am gagging to try Sunny Daze, a mineral-based, tinted SPF 50, which looks excellent), the few I have used are ideal for my dry, sun-damaged complexion. The serums address specific skin concerns, are active and absorb quickly. But most importantly, they work well under an SPF or makeup. I adore the colourful, cute packaging, and each is pocket-sized, ideal for travel. My only gripe, I want the Daydream Moisturiser to contain an SPF; I like a dual-benefit day cream in summer to streamline my routine, but the creamy texture is addictive, so it's hardly a game-changer. As a skincare range, it's a well-edited collection of products that are super-affordable and easy to use - make sure you create some space in your bathroom to give them a go.
